Sterling Bank & Trust currently offers to all Regular Full-Time employees a health care plan and dental coverage. These benefits are effective the 1st of the month following 90 days of employment. Eligible employees contribute toward the cost of their health care and dental coverage with contributions deducted from their regular pay.
