Step 1:
Disclosure Terms and Account Agreements Please review Sterling's Disclosure
of Terms and
Account Agreements and Specifications and Fee Listing. We recommend that you
also print and retain this information
for your records. Put a "Check" in the box
to accept the Disclosure of Terms and Account Agreements and our Specification
and Fee Listing as presented.
Step 2:
Application Process
- Define your
customer relationship with Sterling Bank & Trust.
- Select the type of
account ownership for your account.
- Complete all
information fields that pertain to your ownership of
account.
- Select your
product(s). For your convenience, you may choose multiple products on
the same deposit application.
- Tell us
how many signatures you would like on file associated with the accounts
as well as how many signatures you require for withdrawal on the
accounts selected.
- Select your service(s). Available services will be
shown based on the deposit products selected and number of signatures you
require for withdrawal.
Step 3:
Funding the Account Simple, easy, and
convenient: Wire, Check,
or Transfer from an existing Sterling Account to your new deposit account.
Method of payment instructions and branch contact information will be displayed
at the end
of the application process on the deposit ticket and mailed to
you.
Step 4: Deposit
Ticket and Final Step Finally, we need to have a completed and
signed deposit ticket on file for your protection. You will have the
option to print, complete and sign your Deposit Ticket or if you do not have a printer then simply select that
you do not have a printer and a Deposit Ticket will be mailed to
you within 2-3 business days. Please understand that until we receive your
Signature and your Opening Deposit, your Sterling Account cannot be officially opened. If you are
opening a trust account with papers then you must send a copy of your trust papers
as well.
